How we can help you

  • Physio

At our physio clinic, we take a distinctive, whole-person approach to your wellbeing. Rather than simply treating symptoms, we take the time to understand what’s really going on through a comprehensive assessment and personalised treatment plan.

Our physiotherapy services may include hands-on treatment, exercise rehabilitation, clinical Pilates, dry needling, mobility and strength work, education and tailored advice — all designed to help you move better, feel stronger and get back to doing what you love.

We treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, as well as women’s and pelvic health, helping you understand your body and feel confident in your recovery.

  • Rehab

At Fleurieu Coast Physio, we take a holistic approach to rehabilitation, combining physiotherapy, Pilates and targeted exercise to help you move better and feel stronger.

Our dedicated studio allows us to incorporate reformer Pilates, strength and conditioning, functional movement and progressive rehabilitation into your care. Alongside hands-on physiotherapy, education and tailored exercise programs, we can support you through recovery, build resilience and help prevent future injury.

Whether you’re returning from injury, surgery or managing an ongoing condition, our goal is to help you build strength, confidence and long-term wellbeing.

  • Pilates

If your goal is to move better, feel stronger and feel better, these classes are for you.

Our 50-minute Pilates classes blend the classical Pilates repertoire with functional, strength-based movements to create a dynamic and purposeful workout. Using our dedicated studio and reformer equipment, our physio-led classes are designed to build strength, mobility, balance, control and confidence in your movement.

All levels and abilities are welcome. Whether you’re completely new to Pilates, returning from injury or already have a strong Pilates background, our classes can be tailored to your individual needs and goals. We’ll help you find the right level of challenge for your body, so you can progress safely and confidently.

Come as you are, move at your level and leave feeling stronger.

  • Women's Health

Our Women’s Health Physios support women through every stage of life — from pregnancy and birth preparation through to postpartum recovery and beyond.

We provide personalised assessment and treatment for a range of women’s health concerns, including urinary incontinence, pelvic floor weakness, overactive bladder, constipation and bowel concerns.

We can also assess for pelvic organ prolapse and provide education, exercise and first-stage management strategies to help you feel informed, supported and confident in caring for your pelvic health.

Our approach is practical, evidence-informed and tailored to you, your body and your goals — because pelvic health is about so much more than just your pelvic floor.
