**Gym visits take place at Enrg Fitness. If clients have a gym membership, they can use this for the session. If they do not have a membership, they will need to book a casual day pass in addition to the cost of the appointment.

At Fleurieu Coast Physio, we’re committed to providing high-quality care to all our clients. To help us do this effectively, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we always aim to be flexible and understanding. However, late cancellations or no-shows affect our ability to provide timely care to others. To ensure fairness and consistency, the following fees apply if a client cancels within 24 hours: 

Pilates sessions: $30 cancellation fee 

Physiotherapy appointments: 50% of the scheduled treatment fee 

If a cancellation fee is charged, the client will be notified by text or email. 

For clients with recurring bookings, any appointment cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full. This applies whether the appointment is privately funded or covered by a third party (e.g. Home Care Packages, NDIS, ReturnToWorkSA, DVA, etc.). The invoice will be directed to the client or the appropriate funding body, as per the usual arrangement. 

If a client with a recurring Pilates booking cancels within 24 hours on three separate occasions, Fleurieu Coast Physio reserves the right to cancel their ongoing booking and request that future classes be booked individually, subject to availability. This helps us ensure consistent access to limited class spots for all clients.
